If you would’ve told me after my first baby that I could go camping with a less than 2 month old, I would’ve nervously laughed and said “No way.” But that second baby comes along and life doesn’t slow down. So here we are with a 7 week old camping out at a dirt bike race for 3 days. We are fortunate to be in a camper with a generator to keep the a/c going (because Alabama heat and humidity doesn’t play).

4. UV protection blanket https://amzn.to/3ZJslPI With a newborn that can’t wear sunscreen, this little blanket is a gift from above! It is a bamboo material, so super lightweight and cool and provides protection from the sun. It’s the perfect size too, fits in a diaper bag without taking up much space at all.

6. Baby monitor https://amzn.to/3ZwshD9 I bought this monitor just to have a cheap one that we could leave in the camper. It gives me the freedom to lay Brooks down for a nap inside and I can still enjoy the outdoors. It has a good battery life and distance range.
